| Description: | This position consults with clients to create customized technology solutions for managing and distributing customer feedback across client organizations. An ISPM focuses on understanding clients' information usage and communication needs and leveraging technology to best meet these objectives. Other aspects of the role include consulting on report design, training, rollout of technology solutions, and technical project management. Duties - Manage client projects for 70% of workload
- Directly engage clients to gather business objectives, develop project scope and document a plan and timeline
- Coordinate internal associate tasks and availability to achieve project objectives
- Verify client deliverables meet or exceed Walker and client expectations
- Provide internal and external support for Walker's technology solutions
- Support Walker's technology application and solution development process
- Serve as a technical liason between technical and non-technical clients and internal associates
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field 1+ year of business experience Interest and talent in incorporating changing technology into business processes Strong organizational, project management and troubleshooting skills Proficient verbal and written communications Understanding of eBusiness and database technology Experience using Oracle Business Intelligence tools
