| Duties: | •Design and develop complex, database driven enterprise applications that deliver value to our client base.
•Development of applications spanning all phases of application development including: analysis, design, construction, quality assurance, user training and support
•Provide on-going maintenance, support and updates to our flagship web application.
•Interact with internal and external users. This includes meetings to define/clarify application specifications, as well as in-person or telephone technical support and education

| Qualifications: | •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
•1-3 years experience in enterprise Flex 2 / ActionScript 3 development.
•Strong OO design skills and implementation experience.
•HTML, XML, and CSS experience is required. Design experience is a plus.
•Experience with back end data access concepts and web services.
•Database experience: must understand relational database concepts and have experience working with SQL. Oracle experience is a plus.
•Java development experience is a plus. Spring or Hibernate experience preferred.
•Must be able to contribute to a growing team of Java, Flex, and ColdFusion programmers in a relaxed and teamwork-oriented environment.
•Self-starter: must show consistent initiative and be able to accomplish tasks independently.
•Must have excellent problem solving skills.
•Passion for programming: must show a genuine interest in technology and programming.
